I have implemented adaptions to merge it with R7

I don't think the rule is necessary. It's covered by rule 7 already, and even still, nobody is looking at the rules before creating a support ticket. We can't just add rules and think that's going to solve the issue. |

The idea was to specifically include staff roles but if you intent to bring that over the the table with stock rule 7 i'm fine with it |
